My name is Firas. My Japanese wife and I share a simple, lifelong passion: we love snacks. Throughout our travels across the globe, we always packed a slice of Japan with us, sharing local treats with the people we met along the way.

Time after time, we watched a simple piece of candy or a crisp rice cracker light up someone’s face with pure happiness, gratitude, and wonder.

That was our lightbulb moment.

Snacks aren't just food; they are a cultural mirror. They tell a story about a country’s heritage, its creativity, and its people. We realized that Japan possesses a rich, incredible treasure an unparalleled variety of deep, craftsmanship-driven flavors that the rest of the world deserves to experience.
